Hallo sir main ya khana chata hu app sa main na 1 person ko rupee udhar diya or uska badla main chuqe Liya hai or stamp likhwaya hai ru wo abhi sa paisa Dana sa mana kar raha hai tu kiya kare main ya kha na chata hu uski recording bui hai Mera pass or jo cheque Liya hai wo sab us stamp main cheque no likha hai or par interest ka cheque bhi likha hai tu kiya wo laga sakta hai ya nahi
See, there are few steps that you’ll have to follow-
1. You have to present the cheque to the bank within a period of 6 months from the date when it is drawn or within the period of its validity;
2. Once the cheque is returned unpaid, you’ll have to serve a notice to the other party within 30 days;
3. If the other party doesn’t make payment, even after receiving the said notice, he can be prosecuted u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
