loan bounce issue even inspite of paying a notice has been issues
20-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
My job had been changed and i had requested the customer care of bank to change my bank details, they said it is not possible, so i made the payment to the bank one day before and have received a sms stating that i have made the payment.
However even after receiving a payment they have sent a legal notice to pay dues in 3 days - is this acceptable when they are only taking 1 week to just reply a mail or phone call.
Dear Sir,
Now-a-days the Bankers are not co-operating with customers and acting against the interest of the customers. There is a statutory body called Ombudsman wherein you can raise your issue and if that institution also not co-operative with you then you may approach Civil Court and get necessary orders against the bankers. The minimum period of notice shall not be less than 15 days which is a reasonable time to comply the conditions stated in the legal notice.
