Lender not ready to take the check bounce amount

please help with a case of cheque bounce of ₹50000 i want to pay the amount but lender not wanting to take back the amt and return the cheque. What can be done on my end

You dont have to worry you have to informed to them that you are agreee to pay the amount. If he have given you notice then reply to the notice that you are agree to py tje amount of the cheque to them.

First tell me is this case in court proceeding or you want to pay this and want to discharge from liability. If the person not accepting your cheque transfer the amount via NEFT to his account. And inform him with registered mail for the same.

No need to worried...when he send u legal notice ...reply the notice ..that i m ready to pay when he not consider ..than he file suit in courtu also say the same thing in court . ...when point of dispute is sattled....than. Court dismiss the suit...

What is the dispute between your lender and. He cheque present in the bank and bank statements to show that cheque is dishounerd. Complaints are filed under the नी act cheque amount is 50000/ ही इस not ready for take amount than deposit in court.
