my brother has taken money by paying interest and now he dont have money to repay as he committed loss in business, he also left the home due to this problem, now some one sent a legal notice for the same for my brother,
should we family have to take any action? as my brother whose names legal is received he is left the home in tense and no contact with him, what should we do now?
Simply do not take the legal notice and tell that he does not live with ur family, as cheque is his liability not yours or ur family liability. If u have the contact info of ur Brother then tell the person his correct address or try to settle the dispute amicably. Thanks for connecting with team Lawrato.

Hello one you have received the legal notice on behalf of your brother it will deemed to be served, if is only a legal notice and not court summons then complainant will file the case in the civil or criminal court as the case may be.
If your brother is missing then file missing person report to the nearest police station.
