Ld registrar is not releasing the amount and is asking security of property which we don't have or bank guarantee of the full amount.i can give only simple undertaking to the registrar.so can that surety/security amount be waived off.
Do elaborate your question. There should be a security which the registrar will be asking you to deposit before handling you the amount. The bank guarantee or the property papers is important because it involves money issues.
