Landlady has PDCs for which she has taken cash rent now blackmailing

Sir / Madam , we had shifted into a house and landlady took 11 PDCs , but due to grave financial problem at our end , every month rent was delayed . every month landlady used to take cash rent , but never returned the PDCs for which we used to email and sms on her email id & direct cell number , to return our cheques. now she has threatened to get Fir registered for the cheques dishonouring . She is very powerful and influential esp with police. We have already filed a suit in person without advocate for permananet and mandatory injuction on those cheques in possession of landlady . pLs help/advise urgently
if u had already file a suit against him so well an good go a head it will help u but i will say one thing don't belive to any one as u both are having faith for everyone if their not enough and better result in this court u can go for appeal in higher court

Hello please note if you have issued cheques and they bounced land lady will send you legal notice before filing cheque bouncing case as it is mandatory, at the time of receiving legal notice it is important to reply carefully. Moreover in cheque bounce case FIR is not required as it is a complaint case u/s 138 of NI act
