aap se puchna Chahta Hoon Ki Kya Main post dated cheque Lene par Agar vah vyakti Mere Sath Koi fraud karta hai to kya us ke upar cheque Bounce ka case Laga sakta Hoon aur is bare mein aap mujhe kuch salah dijiye dhanyavad
ydi bh cheque conditional deta hai to bad me cheque bounce ka mukdma nhi chlega.ydi balance bhugtan ke pavnd hone ke liye deta h to mukdma chal skta hai. iska matlab hai ki usne is set par liya ki gaadi acchi lagi to kharidnga to nhi chlega.

yes if that cheque is dishonoured than you can file case for it under 138 NI act or you also file a case for recovery of ur money. notorised paper may help you but it's not full proof evidence. for more brief u may call me in case of need
