Even if I win the case against judgment debtor for money recovery and the court issues attachment of property, what happens if the debtor has no property in his name. Who will do the research whether he has property in his family name and can I pursue that property. who will research if he has investments with other parties. As the debtor is not coming in front, what happens to my case. I just keeping spending legal court fees lawyer fees and wait for money recovery. Is there any positive end
