Sir In cheque bounce case under138 NI act is it possible to get bail without making payment?Opposition lawyer trying to get bail so what should I do to stop his bail.
Ynu should go in u.s 482 of crpc to cancellation of bail if bail grant its the procedure of high court.but on the initial stage bail will file in cjm court and session court where you should appear through lawyer to the cancilation to the bail..

case under section138 N. I. Act is bailable offence so the accused has legal right to be enlarged on bail, even though accused don't pay the dues amount. So you cannot stop accused from being enlarged on bail.
