as per your enquiry I would like to give you my best advice that court fees depends upon each and every state, in M.P. on 1 lack Rupees you will have to pay 5% court fees of the amount. So for as the procedure is concern after returning your check from the bank without payment first you will have to send legal notice through your counsel and after that if the person not pay the amount of cheque you van file the case of cheque bounce before the concerning magistrate.

what is the amount of the cheque then only the case will be registered and court fees will be decided. how many cheques do hou have and what is the amount of the cheque 4 percent stamp duty and 4 percent court fees will be applicable
