I tried to pay my car loan but cheque got bounced, please advise.

Dear sir Chola finance muj pe 14760.00 ke emi ke 4 hafte bounce hone par 460000.00(loan close amount) ka cheq bank me dala our baunce hogaya to mujape case kiya he kya Ye Galat nahi muje kya Karana chahiye (My lone close 2019)
Aapne jitne emi pay kiye he unki detail ekthha karke court me dijiye. Jo 4 emi nahi bhar paye uska pyment karke Court me pes kardo.
Agar aesa nahi karna chahte to pahele bank k pass se aajdin Tak ka statement mangva lijia. Fir bank ne 460000/- amount ka cheque kyo dala ye pata chal jayega. Agar aapki Lone 2019 me close hoti he to Bank puri amount ka cheque nahi dal sakte. Aap bank k samne bhi case kar sakte he.

You must have signed the terms & conditions with the Bank. As your 4 EMI of 14760/- have been dishonoured then company have taken this action. You were also informed for the cheque bounce and proper follow-up from bank have been done in past. Written reminders and personal visit may happen. Only you can do is Settle your dispute with the company Manager and pay your installments in cash.

Thay will be filed complain section138 of negotiable instrument act. So you are compromised with him and finish this matter otherwise trial before court. Financial companys given three installment break and then start recoveries procedure
