I taken Loan from finance who claimed my blank cheque with others name
29-Jan-2025 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I've taken loan amount from the finance who he well known to me and i given blank cheque as surety without name and date and we not done any agreement regarding loan only verbal agreement along with my cheque and taken money by cash.
Now financer claiming the cheque with others name and sending legal notice mentioning some other names who i don't know
Now i received summons from II Addl. civil judge,
What should i do
Dear Sir,
It is a weak case because you can fight three tier system of judiciary or drag on the proceedings for three to five years. You need not pay anything to him. You have a strong case of acquittal because the person in whose name the case is filed not knows your personal history. Thus, you can easily win the case provided proper investigation is done about the history of the Complainant and his links with the lender.
