I purchased a property. So seller send © to bank and 20%amout © bounce

I have pruchase a property and paid by cheque unfortunately a check is bounce from my side due to insufficient fund what should i do?

write another cheque and take back old one.

Dear Client,

You should ask them for some more time for paying the desired debts as they have an alternate to serve you with a legal notice and in furtherance there of they may file a case under 138 N.I. Act. In case you need any other legal advise for the same do feel free to contact.
