In case there is a case filed and you haven’t received summons / notice, it might be the case that the same is under process / there is an incorrect address provided to court. You may peruse the online records and proceed ahead accordingly

I would recommend you to hire one advocate for the entire case if you have not received the summons, so that he can do on all the formalities of legalities ….if you are an accused and you have to take your bail well …so kindly be in touch with us as soon as possible thank you

Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to understand how you came to know about a case pending against you in the Court. Secondly it would be better to see at which stage the matter is and what will be its repercussions.

It is better to have a meeting/call so as to understand your issue better.

Hi, if a case has been filed against you and no notice has been served, it is likely that the case is at the pre-summoning stage, i.e. the stage where the court assesses whether or not a prima facie case has been made out to issue a notice.

Once the notice/summons is served upon you you will have to appear on the next date and the said notice/summons will be accompanied with the entire paperbook of the case.
