I have given two lacs to my friend through RTGS He has given cheque
05-Mar-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
He has given cheque , and pronssiary note also , I have deposited cheque In bank , it was bounced , how to collect it pl tell me possible solution , you are so kind of you .
hi first need to see when the cheque is bounced and you need to send them a legal notice asking them to return the amount and if he failed to return the amount then you could file cheque bounce case in court

first send a legal notice to pay your money with interest otherwise you inform you will file a cheating case, cheque bounce case and also breach of trust case in one court and return of money and Court fees and advocate fees you will file case in consumer court.....then he return your amount, if not so we file a case in court...approach us
