i filed atrocity case last year

i filed atrocity case last year and person came and agreed that he misbehaved with me for asking money with him.and he again given 2 cheques for that amount and he taken 3 months time for that.he kept his mobile off and taken bail from highcourt.cheques again bounced and pary saying he has not given me cheques.i am having his photoraphs and video of his statement given that day along with cheques with witness.ow my question is can i file one mre cheating case on that and is it possible to transfer that case to other station ? I am not happy with that station investigation...pls suggest me.
Dear Sir,
You may lodge another complaint in respect of second incident and get him arrested. In the meanwhile you may file cheque bounce case against him. It may take some time to get result in cheque bounce but he has to deposit 20% of the cheque amount in the Court. You may approach Higher Police officers to appoint another investigation officer are transferred the same to another Police Station or approach the High Court.
