I don't know which chq is bounced what is the amount ...i have not received a single notice ....directly I gt arrest warrant
if the court issues summons/notice to remain present on that date and if the party is not present on that date then the court issues arrest warrant however arrest warrant can be cancelled on further date or else

As a procedure the complainant has to first issue legal notice if any cheque is bounced and then a complaint is filed before the magistrate. After verification Statment before magistrate a summon is issued to the accused

Well, notice must have been served to you, but you would not have received it. You are assuming, that, notice would not have been sent to you. Check with the Postal Department, Notice must have been lying with it.
