How to send cheque bounce notice if address of the party has changed

i was sent legal notice to person but his address is changed and not issuing notice to him in a cheque bounce case. what to do in this situation.

First try to ascertain from your sources where the party has moved or could be traced. Also you can make an enquiry with the drawee bank. If it is not traceable you can make a complaint to the police that you have been cheated by the party and the party is not traceable.

Hello,,
generally notice is sent to the last known address of the person. what is the exat endorsement on the postal slip.... If possible try to find out his new adress. Howver, remember one thing, for cheque bouncng cases there is specific time limit for issuing notice, and filling case...
