Hi I have given 75000 to a friend of mine, he gave sale letter, rc and other documents of car on wife's name .... Now his cheque bounce, and he said do wahtsver u want....and I think he already sold his car...... How to recover money from him......
Sir you have given the money to the friend and he had given you a cheque and documents of his car or the assets now you can file a suit in the court to claims your money in the negotiable instruments act.

You can file a complaint under section 138 nia for the bounced cheque. First send a notice for demand within one month from cheque bounce date. Wait for 15 days from delivery of notice for a response, if you don't money, file a complaint
