How to proceed after get the order implemented by the trial court

The trial court fined the guilty. He appealed to Sessions court. The Sessions court dismissed the appeal and asked to pay the penalty. How to proceed further.
Hi, accused may proceed to file appeal in high court against the order of session court. So you being complaint should file caveat to get notice before be get stay of order of session court. then you can oppose his appeal in high court as well. And if he is not approaching high court within limitations period then you can approach to lawyer court again for execution of conviction.
