How to make the payment after cheque bounce case has been filed?

10000 amt cheque bounced he filed case. I got summon n bailed. judge suggest to compro bt he is nt ready. I want to pay him that is not issue. can I now transfer online in his acount? can he withdraw the case? it is nt possible for me to go from bhopal to sitamarhi as i m in private college. what are the options? I want to pay amount, Can I transfer in his account now? Pls suggest me I am too much worried, because I am 100% innocent it was just matter of chance that cheque bounced but he just wants more in place of 10,000.

No, without permission of the court don't do it. Once court will say yes for settlement of the case than you can do it. Also submit the DD before court rather online transfer. Your willingness for settlement will reflect into the final judgment by the court, if settlement fails.

If you already on bail why not you issue a bankers cheque or demand draft and submit before the honourable court.
You may include the court fees and expences for the purpose of compound the case and request to court for direction to file a join application of compromise.
