Dear queriest,
When your cheque is bounce try to sort out things amicably. Other party would immediately hire a lawyer and would send you legal notice of 15 days for full and final payment.
If you want to settle down business it can be done at this stage. Or
After expirg of 15 days other party will lodge fir against you or can file a complaint before magistrate and in both cases you have to apply for bail.
After that case procedure will be followed. Both parties qill be called to compromise in lok adalt. If dispute is still not settled you are gonna be discharge or convicted as decided onthepretext of evidennce. Thnks
