How to get money after the cheque has bounced

Sir/madam, a person has given me a cheque of amount 200000 but cheques were bounced due to insufficient funds...either I get money if go legally and how much amount will be charged by a lawyer from me
you can get back money by filing the criminal case and civil case you need to issue mandatory legal notice through lawyer within 15 days from the date of return of the cheque and then you can file cases within mandatory time

Sir you have to file a case against the persons who has not paid the amount stating that the cheque was bounced due to insifficient fundas andhe is liable to pay for the amount due first thing you have to send notice

Hello firstly you approach lawyer to issue the legal notice to the said person to pay the cheque amount. The said person neither pay the money nor reply the notice you will file a case against the said person. The lawyer fee will be depending on the lawyer

If u go legally u will definitely get the amount. Firstly you need to consult a lawyer and send legal notice. Sime may compromise after legal notice is send. If he doesn't compromise then u need to file a case before the stipulated period.

Cheque is a negotiable instrument governed by Negotiable Instruments Act 1881. Insufficient funds is a ground for dishonour of cheque and it is an offence for which a Criminal case can be filed.But the prerequisite to file a case is to send a demand legal notice to the opposite person within 30 days from date of receipt of cheque dishonour from Bank.
