yes you can handle the case for your brother on his behalf, but you need to get one power of attorney from your brother on whose behalf you will be handling the case. The POA will clearly mention the case title in Court's name if required and your brother will authorize you through that POA to sign vakaltnama, engage lawyer, appear before the court, give statement and depose any affidavit or tender any document on his behalf before the court.

hello dear, you need to take authorization letter or SPA from your brother to contest the case on his behalf, you can appear on his behalf only if your brother is a complainant. but if your brother is an accused he has to give his physical presence in the court.
