How can I save from warrant for cheque bounce

By mistake one cheque was kept unpaid for a vendor before closing of business. Now, local PS is asking to meet for warrant. nI did not receive any notice or summon. What should I do now?

To give opinion it is necessary to know whether you got the notice of dishonour of cheque from the payee and whether the Payee sent you demand notice within stipulated time period for payment of such dishonored cheque. To get my legal opinion professionally upon online payment, you can whatsapp.

You kindly contact the police official and collect the case details. You need to take a bail from the court and then once you take the bail... you pay the due amount to the complainant in full and on the next date you have to submit the payment receipt and also the complainant will be present in the court... then the case will be withdrawn
