Having issues with a company /blank cheques /138

I was a dealer of a company. They took blank cheques from me upon starting of our business. Now after 4 years payment disputes have arised and now i fear they may bounce my cheques and send me notices
Though i am in constant contact with them through mail and call to settle the issues but they are not agreeing to any of the issue
What strategy should i take?

at the instant send them legal notice which states that there is no consideration pending on your part and if they bounce cheque unnecessarily then you may proceed against them. do this without fail and don't wait to get the cheque bounced.
