Given bail by police do I after to apply for bail from court again

dear sir/madame i am from lucknow city and i received bailable warrant u/s 138 ni act in which the police gave me bail from police station and adviced me to appear in court on the date fixed for hearing.please advice will i have to again apply for bail in court even after i have been given bail by the police?whats the best step i should take?

Yes. Police give you only temporary bail when you appear in the court you can file a surrender application belong with bail application. It's a bailable offence so nothing is risky. Normally arrange two sureties and file front of court than he easily accepted.

No, you are not required to but if after getting bail if you​ avoid to appear before the court concerned on the due dates then a non bailaible warrant will be issued and such action lands you in jail

Yes you have to get the bail confirmed from the cour befor the date or the day the date is fixed. You need to pay the cheque amount and get acquittal with the consent of the court or conest the case if you have solid reasons for non payment of the cheque amont..

In under sec 138 ni act you appear in court on date and file bail application that is best Court shall give you bail and proceed to trail so you contact any advocate and file bail application in directly court

Best and appropriate his to appear before the counsans Court and apply for bail since offenses is Belleville offense and Belleville seorty that should be no problems intitle an unless must menag your Bail bound
