You can go and cry at your friend's feet till he repay the money and save you from being prosecuted. On the other hand you can file a case under section 420 IPC for taking money and not returning it if you have any witnesses of paying to your besara friend. This will help you to shift the pain in your back over your friend who is enjoying the money thinking what a fool you are. And at the same time file another suit for recovery of your blank dalil against the person threatening you, and to add some Masala, file a complaint in police and bank that you lost the said cheque some good days ago. And till you jump into action as I suggested above my brotherly advice is to take some sleeping pill.

As a guarantor u ll be asked for .....but since blank cheque n blank dalil is given that is not a proper method to claim money from you.... how ever bcoz of the cheque they will first giv u a legal notice without that no case will be entertained.... during that stage u give a reply promising that u will bring the concerned person....that way u buy the time n make arrangement consult me for further details

Rest assured ,your friend can not use your blank cheque for repayment of his loan . you can issue a letter to your banker asking them not to honor your above referred cheque as you suspected foul play.
