Q: How to file case against money lenders for harassment ?
Hello sir, I borrowed 3 lakhs from a relative agreeing to pay 15 percent interest per month. We had made this agreement on a stamped paper in 1 Dec 2012. Till now I have paid him total 16 lacs some in cash some into his account. Now he has threatened that I owe him 26 lacs which I need to pay immediately else I will have to pay 30000 every month forever. What I need to do ?? where to complaint against illegal money lenders ?, Please help

You have paid much more than he deserves . The rates being charged by him are very very high for money lending for private purpose . Without going through the agreement you both entered into it is difficult to say any thing specifically yet I can imagine that the contract must be illegal . You stop paying and let him go to the court .
Q: Cheque bounce after property registration
After signing the Land Sale Deed the cheques dated 21/10/16 and 21/11/16 bounced. What should I do now in order to get back my money? Can a sale deed be cancelled due to a cheque bounce?

You should approach the court for cancellation of the sale deed on ground of non fulfillment of contract by the purchaser . I presume there was mention about the cheques in question in the sale deed .

My Sister in law filed a maintenance case on my elder brother, but he left the home and abandoned us all with a suicide note, there's no news of him, what will happen to the maintenance case, who will pay if the case goes on , my parents? Can she claim our property? What if he never returns?

In case your brother is no longer alive his wife is your sister in law is entitled to a share in ancestral property but it will not be possible to declare him dead if his dead body is not recovered. Your sis in law can not claim maintenance from your papa.

Since both of you are adults you can file application for registration of marriage in the court and one month after application date date you can again visit the registration office with 2 witness es and get the marriage registered .

Mere husband mujhe mentally abuse karte hai aur wo drugs bhi lete hai sab Nasha karte hai..aur meri ek 16 saal ki ladhki.hai mai ussey apne husband ke saath agar asehi rakhungi toh uski studies pe fadak padega.. and my question is kab Tak divorce hojayega I mean kitna time lagega?Kya meri beti ki custody mujhe milegi? Agar mai job kar Rahi hu aur mai capable hu ussey palne keliye kya mujhe uski custody milegi?

Yes you will get divorce if you can maintain your child from your own sources . You should be able to prove that your husband is is a drug addict. The court will award you divorce and custody of the child too.
