sir mje ek friend se pese pane the .. ushne mje PDC check diya fir syad ushen stop payment laga diya .. ab m kya kar skta hu?
Aapne kab bank me check lagaya tha. Kab apko bounce hokar mila. Sab batao. Agar apne abhi 30 din ke ander bounce karaya ha to ap opposite party ko ek legal notice bhej sakte ho wakil ke dwara. Uske bad court me case file kar sakte ho. Jyada jankari k liye call kare

No need to worry. You deposit the cheque in your bank and got it bounced then you can send him a notice to pay your money. If he failes to give your money within 15 days from the notice delivered, you may file the case under Sec 138 NI act.

Agar cheque bounce ho gya Hai due to stop payment, to apne friend ko legal notice bhejo to clear your dues. Ye legal notice cheque bounce hone ke 30 din ke andar bhejni Hai. Agar 15 din ke andar apka dost aapko paise nahi details, then file a cheque bouncing case against him.

First of all you need to send a legal notice to your friend for payment of unpaid amount and providing therein 15 days for doing so.
After the expiry of the notice period you can file a case u/s 138 N.I. Act. for repayment. For any other query feel free to contact.
