Fraud ,cheating fraud promise of job

Someone from my known promised me he will help me getting government job in defence. And i gave him 6.93lakh rs. But now no update regarding job. I asked him to. Reply my money i gave him but he giving me further dates... I have all transaction details and call recording of this person and all whatsapp messages.. I just want to know can i have my money back if i ask for legal help..
an agreement or contact to do an illegal act is legally not enforceable. if the money was paid by you in the form of a bribe, then it would not be possible to recover the money. however if you were made to pay money with the understanding that that is the amount that would be ordinarily payable in the usual course of things, then you may pursue legal remedies to recover the amount including criminal proceedings.

It is a case of cheating and deception with an intent to cause wrongful loss to you and unlawful gain to himself. You can initiate criminal proceedings and pursue for FIR to put pressure to get the money recovered.

hello client as i can seenur issue in this matter . so i think you have to move legally so that you are able to get all the money back as well as you can also get tht person behind the bar so that for future tht person will not be able to fool anybody else. yes legally tht is possible.
