I filed a suit under 138 n.i.act now court issued B/W to accused I want to know what is the option left for me if accused deny to take warrant
Dear queriest,
1) accused will not dare to deny the bailable warrant.
2) if he does so you can ask court to issue non bailable warrant against all the accused.
3) this will be little hectic but court will issue nbw against him.
