False cheque bounce of stolen cheque

A person had given money to invest to my father and my father given him cheuqes after my fatther dies....he also had stolen cheque of my mother from my father s office we did not know about that..after my father s death of 2-3 years suddenly he fill cheque amount of high as 5cr+ and cheque was bounced..he is claiming that he meet my mother after father s death and my mother had given him cheque for his lost on my father s buisness..fact is he filed case after 2 yrs and he have no bank entry of single penny give n to my mother..and there is no handwriting of mother on date or on amount or to payee..should i worry?or we ll b free of this legal fight soon..?

In ur matter he can file case subject to either date mention on chq or not when your mom had given chq to him.
And we have to proove in court that we have not lended and money or for lost.so chq was stolen so it is part of trial

First you file FIR in police station for stolen cheque at that time,
And cheque bounce case liability of only the person. Don't liability his legal heirs.
So you can't liable in the complain.
