False cheque bounce case filed against him even after returning money

Iam working in railways as a class 4 employe.I have barrowed 3 lakhs from one of my coligue in 2014 .I have given blank cheque and promissory note at a rate of intrest 36%..in 2017 June I returned the principal and two months pending interest.between both of us some argument done. He told that your documents is in locker ,I will give you tomorrow. Then afterwards he he bounced my blank cheque for 3.50 lakhs.present I am hopeless.pls give me the suggestion for further process.
