Fake statements by husband how to prove it in the court

Cheque was given on my hub's interest to leave myself his home because if I leave,I shud depend on my parents having 2yrs old baby. As it got bounced,I filed a case for his negligence. Now he stated that,"as I was demanding money from the beginning and also he doesn't earn that much to give a cheque" will this weaken my case? Will this lead to his favour. Every time as always my parents who take care of me and my baby financially too,he leaves us for months,so when he wrote the cheque,I told to him,if he wanted to leave, I need money for my n baby's expenditures. As he wanted me to leave that moment for his freedom and for his luxurious life.so he gave. What should I do?
He has to prove his defence, and explain for what reason he issued the cheque. Your case will not weaken. Moreover you have any remedy to file harassment case, domestic violence case, and also seek maintenance from him for you and your kid. It will be a monthly maintenance granted by the court. You approach competent court and seek remedies.

What is the reason of cheque you have mentioned in your legal notice,complaint you can't change that now if a proper reason is mentioned and to establish that as on the date of issuance of the cheque he was due to you amount then surely you can win the case .
