Q: Share of grandson in grandfather's property in islam

What is the share for daughter in law, its children (grandchildren) after the death of their father from grandfather's property, what is the grandson rights in grandfather property in islam ?

There is no joint property or joint family concept in muslim law. The share falls to your husband (if he died after the death of his father) you and your children are entitled in it. ( If he died before the death of his father, no share in the properties of his father, so no one of you are eligible to claim any share in it)

If the parties to the marriage weremajor, and they accept the marriage it is valid. But if any one want to repudiate it after its performance. He/she shall approach the court for nullity of such marriage.

A car has been parked for the past 4 months, and waste garbage has accumulated under it, causing a bad smell. We don't know who the owner of the car is. Could you please tell us how to file a complaint about this issue?

1) Make a complaint against the abandoned vehicle. They will enquire and take away it if it's owner does not come forward .2) you can make a complaint in area municipality for emitting​ odour smell in area due to heap of garbage under the vehicle. They will remove the garbage and clean the place.You should make both complaints simultaneously​ with both the authorities.

how you are related to the dispute. Do you have any interest involved in that issue. Why are you involving your leg in the issue. Don't peep into the doors of others. Though you would be responsible citizen, but you have your own limits. The person who is affected or company would file complaint when it would be surfaced.
