You may immediately issue a stop payment instruction to your bank and preserve all evidence such as chats, call recordings, messages, transaction details, and proof regarding the actual amount due. If blank signed cheques were misused and a false amount was filled, you can raise this as a defence in proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Mere issuance of cheque does not automatically prove liability for the higher amount claimed. If you receive any legal notice or court summons, do not ignore it. Appear before the court through an advocate and file an appropriate reply with supporting documents. You may also initiate criminal action if the cheque was obtained through coercion, threat, or misuse.

Sir, you should have provided notice within the notice itself. For example, I provided three cheques, including the cheque numbers and the amounts. If you provided a blank cheque, they will fill it in. If you have any proof of fraud from the court, please tell me. Otherwise, you should have provided a reply notice. I do not know if you have already done so, but you should have included the cheque number and the actual amount in that reply. You did not. When you file a counter, please state everything openly. I can only view this as a case; I cannot do anything else, sir. I do not know how you replied, but it would have been better if you had provided one.
