Hello I have perused your query. In these circumstances you have an option to serve the person with a legal notice of recovery of the amount due. A stipulated period will be given to the same person to return your amount due with interest via the aforementioned legal notice.

Dear parent, if you have blank cheque and a promissory note associated with the check. You have hundred percent chances to get your money back credit the only consideration in these cases is that whether The payee holds any liability or any dues on his part to you. Once signatures are Established as of the payee and a legal liability is shown, a case can be filed under section 138 of NI ACT.
