Delhi Builder Cheque Bounce & No response from Builder
24-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Last 1.5 years following up with one builder in Delhi -Burari for flat registration but never got it done , then last Dec'21 he gave an cancellation agreement with 04 cheques to be deposited but it all got bounced .Off late he is ignoring our calls and messages and informing our money will be forfeited.What should our next course of action.(this flat was booked by my mother as senior citizen).Cheque issued : Delhi Branch but deposited in Gautam Budh Nagar as home branch.
Firstly send the legal notice about the cheque bounce by the advocate and file the cheque bounce case against the opposite party.
you may also file a complaint against the opposite party under 420 467 468 ipc.

cheque bounce hue kitna time ho gaya ye bataye pahle agar time hai to ap 138 n. i act m ja sakta hai jaha cheque bounce hota h vahi uska jurisdiction banta h agar time limit khatam ho gyi h to ap civil suit file kar sakte h

what is the bouncing date of cheques. withing 30 day of bouncing the cheque you need to send a legal notice to that culprit who issued the cheques. if he not return your money after the notice you can file a suit in concern court. for more information you can contact me.

send a legal notice with 30 days of cheque bounce it's a matter of negotiable instrument act under sector 138 .it is an punishable offence also its a cheating case under 420
don't be late file a case if cheating and 138 ...in the competent court ...it's mostly general practice if builders.....go legal ...
