My question is : can i send legal notice to client from bangalore through lawyer. can i file legal suit against him in bangalore.
Deafinately you can file civil suit for recovery of money with interest etc. Cheque is a negotiable instrument and has validity of civil nature upto three years. Ex parte decree can be obtained if he does not come. Start initiation of filing suit through my office. If my answer is convincing you then please give me Rank FIVE Star in the feedback format being sent to your email box.
