Convicted by High court but complainatnt ready for Settlement

District Court acquiited the accused, high court convicted the accused under NI act with 1 year ri and twice the amount and surrender within 5 days, now the complaint is ready to settle the dispute. and withdraw the complaint. request to please guide on the issues whether slp needs to filed or the case can be settled at the high court level if yes what is the procedure for the same.
