A contested disposed means case has come to an end and it is decided in complainant favour or the accused has been sentenced to the conviction.. there wont be any further date of hearing once the final judgement is pronounced.
However, once the case is disposed the accused will prefer Appeal at district/sessions court. thereby putting the order of conviction on stay. He will pursue an appeal and thereby payment of money will also be put to stay subject to compliance i.e., he will be asked eeposit minimum of deposit of 20% at trial court. if he fails to do so then you have an option to issue FLW warrant and conviction warrant.
note if the accused deposits 20% before the trial court you can withdraw the same by filing a cheque application
