hello, first thing are Willing to continue the marriage??if yes don't file a case have a talk repeatedly along with your parents.if no. file a complaint in the court, if police fail to attend only.as you said they didn't attend then settlement is hard so directly file a complaint in court.

Hello,when your sister got her share and if she is satisfied from her share them there is no dispute at all.but if your sister is not satisfied from her share in partition, she might raise a dispute in future.by looking at your mother or staying in the property doesn't amount to claiming ownership or share in the property.if your mother wishes she can give it to her from your mother share the remaining 50%.

Under Section 23(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, can my grandmother (who is a widow and remarried) apply to cancel the gift deed that my grandfather (deceased donor) executed in favor of my father, even though she was not the donor/transferor herself?.In the gift deed, there is no explicit condition mentioned about providing maintenance or care to my grandfather or grandmother.

when there is no condition from your grandfather.and it is executed by your grandfather. where there is no role of your grandmother.then your grandmother has no right to cancel the gift deed.whether she is a witness just check it.

first question are you divorced from your first wife??if yes, was there any conditions in divorce.if no, how come land related to your first wife.??if she has no relevance she cannot go for stay..to answer properly we need more information.
