Q: Complaint Regarding Traumatic Incident Involving My Daughter

On 17th February 2026 around 7:15 PM, my Grade 1 daughter was slapped on face and emotionally abused during a one-on-one home tuition session at tutor’s residence in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Despite prior assurance that dogs would be kept away, three dogs came barking, frightening my child. Instead of calming her, the teacher slapped her and shouted. Other adults joined in, creating a hostile environment. I left immediately for my child’s safety and seek strict action.

the incident narrated above appears to be serious in nature for physical assault and tarnessing women's modesty. we need to take this thing seriously and file a criminal complaint for assault, putting in fear, criminal intimidation and whether your daughter was touched in uncomfortable manner for filing complaint under pocso act. please feel free and contcat immediately for criminal action to be initiated. we need to teach a lesson for these kind of behaviour against the kids

Q: Ex Karnataka Home Minister illegally occupying my late wife's flat.

After my late wife's father passed in 1994 she was cheated by the rest of her siblings who were all many years her senior. They gave her a forged will and robbed her of her exten inheritance in cahoots with various prominent builders. One of the properties was a flat which is still in my wife's name according to all property & ownership documents/encumberance certificate etc. We had approached 17 different lawyers & law firms to file cases but they deceived us & wasted our time and did nothing.

Q: Subject: Seller Demanding Penalty Despite Buyer Completing Payment Wit

entered into an MOU with the seller for purchase of a Grade A builder resale plot. The MOU specified that the transaction was to be completed on or before 31 JanuaryHowever, there was a delay on the seller’s side in providing the Assignment Agreement. The document was handed over on 23jan evening,4 days before the 31 Jandeadline . Now I paid him all the dues by 31 Jan , expiry one chq which was paid on 2 feb. He is now asking for 2 lacs penalty for the 2 day delay. Pl help.

The seller is trying to fetch more money out of you. The point to be noted here is crucial1. Is your MOU registered ?2. have you taken possession of the plot?3. What are the means of payments via bank account? or through cash?4. do you have all original documents pertaining to the plot?try getting settled on the matter, if you are already in possession better advice is to file a specific performance suit with alternative relief of Injunction not dirturb the possession until title are transferred in your name. you case require detail legal advice call back immediately
