Q: Cheque bounced case dismissed in session court

Recently 10 days back my cheque bounce was dismissed in session court and i lost my case even in trail court. Will immediate warrant be issued or after 30 days. If i am applying in high court will the case is accepted. How much money i need to deposit in high court if my case is accepted. Can i file a revise petition in session court as my case was dismissed in 8 months

sir you can file a case before the High court karnataka by challenge trail court/ district court order. and it will be continued as per law.if you file after 30 days it can't be admitted before the court. there it is very necessary to file within time.If there is any further query you can contact me or visit my office.

I purchased a resale vehicle from spinny in month of january . RC transfer took around 4 months and i received it in may . i applied for an insurance endorsement to transfer the policy under my name. meanwhile my vehicle met with OD accident and I want to initiate claim . Will I be legally allowed to claim the insurance ?
