Cyber Crime Report is been raised, But actually no proper explanation of facts. There are many types of Cyber crimes. our Cyber Crime system is very weak, even though workshop is taken to cops. Feels Sorry to say this but it's a fact. most of the cyber crime cases are unsolved. Q: I have a doubt regarding OBC NCL criteria
I belong to an OBC community recognized under the Central List. Both my parents are deceased. I am currently employed and have been earning for the last two years. My gross annual income from salary is approximately ₹22 lakh p.aand I also receive rental income of about ₹9.6 lakh p.a. in my own name. I have no parental income as they are not there and I am servicing existing money lender taken debts.I was under obc ncl 2 years ago. Things just changed.will I still come under obc NCL or not
Advocate Sukanya Abhijeet Dev answered
National Commission for backward classes ( NCBC) who maintains the OBC has margined into two benefit catagory that is 1) Creamy Layer 2) Non Creamy Layer on family income.in your case your parents demised. (8 lakhs was the limit to claim benefit ) ,whereas you are employed and your annual income is 22 lakh PA. you cannot claim the benefits of OBC reservation. Because you fall under the Creamy layer catagory.
Q: Clarity Reg : Civil court strike down the "big-flat, big-fee" model,
Dear Sir,I'm seeking your kind clarification regarding the recent verdict of the Bengaluru City Civil Court in Arun Kumar Rao vs. Purva Seasons Owners Association. The City Civil Court has ruled that apartment associations cannot charge higher maintenance fees based on super built-up area. Is this verdict of the court applicable to all the apartments in Karnataka? In My apartment my association still collects maintenance on super built up area basis. Please advise what to do next?
Advocate Sukanya Abhijeet Dev answered
Yes.. Even though circumstances of case story may be different, but specific applicability of maintenance charges, which reads in the previous suit can be applicable to the one who seeks this remedy. You can rightly quote about this suit and can urge as your remedy taking it as a reference.
