Consequences of giving a cheque with insufficient funds in account

Hi..I have signed a bond for two years for a job.But its not in stamp paper,its in letter head.Also they have taken an undated cheque of rs 75000. Once they deposit my cheque,it will bounce due to insufficient funds.Will they book criminal offence on me?

They can't file cheque bounce case because
The bond executed by you is in view of employment in secure to the company .
It's very common in MNC companies as they spend money on your training ,so to avoid leaving the company after trained to get your sevice they execute this kind of bonds

Once if specifically mentioned on letter head and if you have left company after two years no need to worry about consequence.
Even the company cannot file cheque bounce case against you taking advantage of signed cheque of your.

It is possible that they would issue you a statutory notice under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act if your cheque bounces giving you fifteen days' time to pay the cheque amount. If you do not pay, they would file a criminal case in magistrate's court and then you need to take bail by giving sureties and making security cash deposit, if any, of sum decided by the court and contest the case,
