Complaint for cheque bounce against the purchaser of car.

I sold a car for which i gave all pprs to the person.. which he transferred on his name..nw he is denying to gv my 4 lakhs payment..for which i hv a chq issued by him..

Hello, do you have the copy of papers with you. If the cheque given by the purchaser of the vehicle have you deposited the cheque. If the cheque is not honoured we have to give the demand notice to him.

Thanks for your query. Do you have any agreement between both of you for this transaction? Is the cheque has all the details mentioned like date, name, value? Let me know if you wish to take this ahead. You can deposit his cheque and we can follow the procedure in court if that bounces.

U produce the said cheque in bank by mentioning the disputed amount ( which d said person due to pay it to you ) and after the chq got bounce , you can hv a chance take action against him as per d provisions of Negotisble Instruments Act , 1881.

Hello Dear Client, i will suggest you go to your bank and put that all the cheques into your bank, and if they bounce then go to your nearest Jurisdiction for the cheque bounce case. and for further help contact me as your need.

if you have cheque issued by that person then you will firstly deposite such in your bank then if the cheque will bounced then you will serve notice to him through lawyer them if non payment then you will filed complaint against him under section 138
