Q: Are society maintenance charges the same regardless of the size of the flat?

Hello, my religion is Hindu. I have bought a 1 BHK apartment in Pune, which includes both 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats. When giving possession, the builder charged 35K as maintenance for the 1 BHK and 55K for the 2 BHK. Later, the society was handed over from the builder to the society committee members, and now they have asked for 3K as monthly maintenance charges, irrespective of whether it's a 1 BHK or 2 BHK. Is it in accordance with the rules/law that maintenance charges should be the same for both types, or should maintenance charges for a 1 BHK be less than those for a 2 BHK? This is particularly relevant since the builder also collected a lesser amount as maintenance charges for the 1 BHK compared to the 2 BHK.

Hello Dear Client, as per your query i can only suggest you according by laws only all the maintenance charges will be taken. whether it is 3000/- or more then 3000/-. so tell to your secretary and all the society concern person about this BY-LAWS.

Does an audio call recording hold any value in a divorce case? Can we contest that the voice is not mine or it's a mimicry? Please advise regarding Supreme Court judgments on voice recordings and their admissibility as evidence in family court

My husband is having extra marital affairs, we are married since 2010,he is Muslim and I am Hindu. we got married under Hindu marriage act. I want to send him jail.. he is having so many extra marrital affairs. I m hindu widow with one kid, i want to know that if i m going to legally remarry a legally divorced man then should i get all the rights as wife or his divorced exwife has any rights ? Their divorce took place before two years.
