My wife filed divorce case, issues are framed and her cross examination is also done. She gave admissions in our favor. Now she changed lawyer and that lawyer suggested to withdraw case and file a new case on same grounds with correction. Is that allowed? Can I ask for cost ?

Q: Family forcing to be in marriage
Me & my husband decided for a mutual consent divorce but now my husband denied in front of my family saying that he dont want divorce he will behave good with me now. Me & my husband dont have any emotional attachment between us. since last 5yrs we are married & we were just living with each other without any attachment between us. how to convince my family & make them understand this marriage is not working. my family is blaming me for what is happening & now they are forcing me not to take divorce. five years already spend for your marriage.. now both of you are unhappy in matrimonial life then by mutual consent you and your husband will file divorce petition if he is denied such then you will file petition under section 13 of Hindu marriage act on the ground of cruelty
Q: Want divorce from husband. But he is not willing
After having daughter my husband has not given us time. I am at my parents place since daughter birth.its been 2 years now. He just give monthly allowance and visit us according to his time. He has fought with me several times and also threatened me to death. I am not willing to live with him now. I have asked him for mutual consent..but now he is saying he wants to raise the child.he has not taken home since childs birth. Only few times just to visit his parents. you may file divorce petition under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act . you have also several ways to fight for your right. In case of divorce, cruelty is best ground for you. if your husband gives you monthly maintenance then also you have right to claim for increasing it.

Hi, My sister is currently undergoing a divorce case. Her husband works in MNC and has submitted false income documents in a court to lessen the maintenance/alimony amount. if her husband file false income proof then you initiate proceeding under section 340 CRPC
